The path to reproductive freedom runs through Nevada. We’re organizing Nevadans to vote YES on Question 6, a ballot measure to permanently protect abortion rights in our state constitution, and elect reproductive freedom champions up and down the ballot.

Four in five Nevada voters agree: the government should stay out of decisions about abortion. We mobilize people across Nevada to flood lawmakers’ offices with letters, phone calls, and emails demanding reproductive freedom. And if lawmakers vote to take away our rights, we work to make sure they lose their seats.

Abortion Rights and Access
- Voter-affirmed right to abortion enshrined into state law
- Allows abortion care up to 24 weeks of pregnancy
- No laws on private insurer coverage of abortion
- No public coverage for abortion care, except in limited circumstances
Contraception
- Has expanded access to emergency contraception
- Ensures no cost-sharing (such as copays) for contraception
- Allows pharmacists to dispense birth control
- Guaranteed expanded coverage for contraceptives with private insurers and expanded coverage for Medicaid-funded family planning services
Pregnant Workers
- Employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations in the workplace for pregnant employees

Week of Action: Educating Voters on Abortion Rights and the Midterms
Team Nevada recently hosted a press conference with Nevada Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro and other state leaders to mark four years since the fall of Roe to discuss what’s at stake in the 2026 midterms.
We took that same energy to the community. In Las Vegas, volunteers rallied alongside partners at The Population Connection Action Fund. In Reno, volunteers knocked on doors, made calls, and shared their stories to engage voters directly about what’s on the line this November.

Reproductive Freedom for All Nevada members participate in Lobby Day, meeting directly with their elected officials to advocate for bills that protect and expand reproductive freedom.
