Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget
CONFIRMED
The radical, right-wing extremist and Project 2025 architect would have the financial and administrative power to bring his alarming anti-abortion agenda to life.
Project 2025 is the conservative plan to devastate reproductive freedom, including abortion, contraception, IVF, health privacy, and gender justice issues.
The barrage of assaults on abortion access has not stopped since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, and it will only escalate further under Trump’s second presidency.
The patchwork of state bans, the weaponization of government policies, and the efforts to use a court system stacked with Trump-appointed judges to block abortion access have already caused widespread harm nationwide including denied emergency care and tragic, preventable deaths.

Clearly that couldn’t be further from the truth—at least 140 people who worked in the first Trump administration had a hand in crafting it, and now at least 17 of Trump’s cabinet nominees are associated with either Project 2025 or the extremist conservative think tank, America First Policy Institute, that wrote it.
Some of the cornerstone ideas behind Project 2025 include:
